OBJECTIVE
My objective is to obtain full time employment in the field of geological or earth sciences. I am currently employed as an exploration geologist in the mining industry, but I am always seeking to fully explore the various branches of my chosen career path. I am an extremely hard-working individual, I am a quick study when it comes to learning new tasks and new software and most importantly, I have a passion for geological sciences. Though normally a fairly modest individual, I will step out of character to mention that I am consistently rated as an excellent to exceptional perfomer in reviews of my job performance. With 4.5 years experience, I've completed experience reporting and the law and ethics examination that is necessary for the 'Professional Geologist' designation (Canadian standards for QP, Saskatchewan Association P.Geo).

EXPERIENCE
12/2006 – Present
Geologist III
Field/Office Activities Including:
- Field work for 35% of the year at the Rabbit Lake Uranium Mine (SK).
- Ensuring that all facets of the field exploration programs are carried out efficiently and within budget in the absence of the Project Geologist (approximately 50% of the program).
- Generating targets and planning drill holes based on compiled and interpreted modern and historical geological/geophysical data (exploration from 1965 to present) using a combination of GIS and 3D modelling tools (MapInfo and Gems).
- Supervising the day-to-day activities of 3-5 junior geologist and technicians, as well as overseeing the work of drill contractors and geophysicists on the mine site.
- Assisting the Project Geologist with budget planning and project planning for field programs.
- Annual report writing and compilation, lithologic interpretation and extensive drill hole information database maintenance and design work.

11/2006 - Present Cameco Corporation Saskatoon, SK

- In charge of running remote field operation at the Rabbit Lake Uranium Mine (SK) for 35% of the year.
