Professional Experience
Compañia Minera Antamina S.A. – Lima, Peru (1999 to Present)
$2.3 billion Peruvian greenfield copper-zinc mining project located in the Ancash Department of Peru. Annual sales of $827 million generated by a single open pit mine with annual direct operating costs of $270 million. Joint Venture partners include BHP Billiton, Noranda, Teck Cominco and Mitsubishi Corporation.

Manager, Planning and Analysis
Direct planning group responsible for tracking performance against a $270 million annual operating budget. Reduced time necessary to generate cost reports and financial statements year over year by 30% that has led Operations to consistently meet or exceed budgeted expectations. Improved communications between departments and drove client service relationships, enabling the finance group to improve reporting accuracy by 25% and shorten the planning cycle by 40%. - Successfully structured the transition of the reporting function through decentralization of the corporate office.
