SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
I was coordinating 3 sections; Contract, Administration, and Logistic and my job summary are accountable for the entire tender process of appointing contractors for routine maintenance contracts and repairs and improvement works i.e from calling of tenders to the award of the works to the appointed contractors; responsible for the day-to-day functions of office administration and operation and management of department's vehicles and stores in support of the roles and functions of the other sections within department.-

Admin Contract & Logistic Executive of Estate and Township Management (2002-2006)
Managed team of 2 Supervisors, 2 Assistant Supervisors and 2 Drivers.
- Manage the tender and award system in a fair and impartial manner, involving qualifying tenderers, calling of tenders and quotations, organize tender interviews, conduct tender evaluations and put up recommendations for awards.
- Ensure the proper and efficient functioning of ETD admin section as in the preparation of monthly performance report, tracking of dept's expenses against budget, handling of correspondences and mails, control and issue of petty cash, filing records and other office administration.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the logistics and stores of ETD as in the daily issues and receipts of stores, keeping store records and maintaining healthy stock level.
- Good administration of work procurement procedures involving the issuance of purchase requisitions/purchase orders, certification of completed works and invoices to ensure correct payments to the contractors without undue delay.
- Oversee the construction activities performed by appointed contractors to ensure that the works are completed on time, within approved cost and according to the approved standards.
