* Monitoring the over all project activities ensuring completion of the same within time and budgetary.
* Accountable for documenting all the operations and presenting the same to the top management to facilitate decision making process
* Coordinating with Geological and Forest department at state's capital for getting grant of Permits and Leases.
* Liaising with the regulatory authorities for proving legal requirements and taking corrective action as per MCR 1960, MMRD 1957 and FCA 1980 and Drilling Inspectorate.

Technical Information

* Experience in Exploration of Gold and Base Metal.
* Type of job carried out: Planning the exploration course, geochemical samplings, rock chip sampling and trenching, drilling, logging and geological report preparation.

Geological places of work:

A) Mahakoshal Belt: In this proterozoic belt, worked in 2 gold projects Uplifted two projects to the higher level by doing mapping, rock chip, channel and trench sampling. Surface exploration in these projects is completed and two both the projects are ready for drilling. In one of the prospects of this belt, I have identified a new mineralized zone, which has very high grades of gold. I have carried out the work in this project from grass root level (stream geochemistry) to the advanced level (drilling). In this project, different methods like studying alteration panning, soil sampling, geophysical surveys were employed to identify the new mineralizes zones. Apart from this, in this belt, identified new target zones for further exploration.

B) Sakoli fold Belt: In this proterozoic belt, I have handled a gold exploration project. I have upgraded the project through geological mapping, channel sampling and trenching. In due course, identified new target zones for further exploration. This project is in advanced stage

C) Kotri Belt: In this belt: I have carried out the work from grass root level to advanced stage. Highlight of this project is the discovery of gold in laterite. I was one of the main driving forces to discover this. Panning was effectively used in this project.

* In current working organization successfully carried Geological work carried in RP and in some area at PL stages.
* Key role-played in exploring Projects from grass root level Reconnaissance stage to Mining stage.
* Key role-played in current organization for getting grant of 7 new RP's (Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra and 3 PL's in Madhya Pradesh) from government authorities.
* Key role-played in current organization for getting grant of Forest Clearance in RP & PL stages.
* Successfully providing technical advice to industry for exploration.
* Actively contributed in Safety Awareness to at drilling site for improving the level of awareness on safety.
* Organized & coordinated for a specialized training programme on GIS.
