- Defined the systems and subsystems for the YLNG Pipeline Project following the OPERCOM methodology and prepared marked-up system limits for all subsystems
- Prepared and issued Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Procedures and Manuals, Handover Completion Philosophy, Coordination, Witnessing and Interface Procedures, and Punchlist Management System in accordance to TOTAL's General Specifications.
- Review Vendor pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and followed up the FATs, SATs, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals with the Procurement Department.
- Prepared the general matrix of responsibilities, witnessing activities, check lists, test sheets, and functional test sheets for the systems and sub-systems.
- Gather and populate engineering and vendor data into IPEDEX Commissioning Integrated Services (IPCIS) Software.
- Involvement in the planning of the pre-commissioning and commissioning milestones and minimum requirements through monthly coordination meetings with Project Management, Construction, QC, Contract, Engineering, and Procurement departments.

- Monitored certification compliance in accordance to BP's GOC requirements to ensure technical integrity of handover from Construction to Commissioning to Operation Team. Review and Acceptance Authority for all GOC Certification.
- Setup the Limit of System Handover to be maintained and identified the minimum inspection and test requirements for disciplines including but not limited to Electrical and Instrumentation, Civil, Piping, and Telecoms Facility (Tracer Wire, Fiber Optic).
