Introduction
In Security, I have been involved with ArmorGroup, Baker Hughes, ExxonMobil Global Security Department, United Nations Security Services, Canadian Armed Forces and I have participated in international field security missions in hostile, high risk and unstable environments. Through those Security Missions, I have held several management positions with high responsibilities, while meeting corporate objectives I have set standards of excellence. My creativity and my initiatives addressed numerous complex security problems beside a multi ethnic, cultural and international diplomatic community very diversified using human approache based on respect, integrity and professionalism. When confronted to imminent threat and situations with potential risk, I have made critical decisions in regards to security operations and its responses, in reaction to changing situations and on preventive or active solutions. In conclusion, the missions overseas to which I have participated, representing also Canada, had contributed to Peace building and did a positive difference to protect the vulnerable people and the Organizations staffs by implementing, developping and maintaining effective security programs in the field.
