Responsible for the accurate scheduling of Preventive Maintenance (PM) on Generators ranging from 30 K.W. to 3 Megs. while Managing of the company's entire Technician Department, including 24 hour on call also Emergency scheduling.

Correspond directly with clients' Engineering Departments, Department Heads or responsible party to address open service orders, secured payment for closed work orders by processing Purchase Orders #, Comm.Checks, Credit Card etc.
Employ a variety of resources in the event of a major repair to ensure that all part will be on hand such as overnight shipping,next day air or same day depending upon time frame to have Generator back on line.
Used many different types of Dispatching software to ensure timely Service such as Comet Tracking, Live G.P.S. Map quest, Motorola two way radio etc.
Set up and process client quotes, secure payments for closed work orders, and process purchase orders.
Follow up with clients regarding any Customer Service or Warrantied Claims and concerns.
