In Bangladesh Geological job is not available. So, now I working as an Assistant Manager(Training) in HR section of Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) which is a Copnany of Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation(Petrobangla) under ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Bangladesh Government. The Service is continuing from 8th January 2005 onward.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities belong to Human Resources (HR) Management of the Company focusing on followings:
- Assessing Training needs of employee ;
- Communicating different training Institutions to conduct training program ;
- Inviting employee nominations for particular training through inter-divisional circulations ;
- Processing administrative formalities for nominee and putting up it to authority for approval ;
- Ensuring the nominee to participate the respective training and issuing the letter to training institution for arranging the training program ;
- Coordinating among Training Institutions, Inter-divisions and Nominee.
- Collecting training report from each nominee and Preserving it after completion of training ;
- Arranging in-house training/Seminar program ;
- Maintaining database of training of each employee of the Company ;
- Upgrading training reports time to time ;
- Preparing monthly training report of the company ;
- Maintaining Personal File of the employees time to time ;
- Completing many other administrative assignments as per direction of authority.
