* Mortgage Broker for Residential Loans. Average annual gross business $4.8 million.
* Closing down due to the almost total collapse of wholesale lending in the USA. Since January 2007, 260 wholesale lending banks have either left the market or filed for bankruptcy.
Sales & Project Manager Kenco Design & Renovations. Dallas, PA 2003-2004
* Turned around a failing, Owens Corning Basement Franchise. They had made 2 sales in their first three months of business. By the time the owner decided to sell the franchise I had raised Basement Finishing sales to an average of $190,000 per month.
* Personally designed and programmed a custom Microsoft Access / SQL database. This was used to track the entire sales process, from initial contact through appointment setting to the final sale. The database was further used to track Kenco's two other product lines (kitchen remodeling & gutter caps).
* Responsible for recruiting, managing & training of the basement sales force.
* Responsible for overseeing all finance origination and training.
* Responsible for Shipping & Receiving of all materials & parts for basement finishing, electrical, and kitchen cabinet projects. Warehouse inventory control.

* Trained sales force on In-Home refinancing, including collection of all necessary salary, debt and credit information.
* Restructured the TV marketing campaign by changing the video and on air times. This resulted in a ten fold increase in leads generated. (They were averaging 6-9 leads per week before, and I increased it to 75-85 after)
* Personal extended appearances on CH16 Home & Backyard promotion, and on a FOX56 promotional spot.
* Prepared sales projections, established quotas and commission scales.

* Conducted a Sales presentation in Brazil, on the Earthwatch 3D weather system to Rede Global, one of the world's largest broadcasters. They consequently bought a $450,000 system including the GOES satellite downlink equipment.

* Digital Equipment Test manager at GE/Marconi Luton, England. Managed a section of the test equipment division. Responsible for repairing test equipment for outside customers.

RAF Henlow, England 1981-1986
* Managed teams responsible for the refurbishment of mobile Radar, UHF/VHF RF communications, and mobile air defense systems. Fabricating Physical, Mechanical, and Electrical components as required.
* Managed teams responsible for the manufacture, test and repair of various Assemblies, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards for Defense equipment. Includes High Voltage AC, and low voltage DC systems.
* Supervised the team that completely rewired and installed precision approach radar, UHF/VHF communications equipment, and their associated control consoles at RAF Brize Norton ATC tower. This base is the hub of all UK based NATO air activities.
* Field installation of ground-to-ground and ground-to-air airfield systems. Including radar, UHF/VHF communications, RF Digital Direction equipment, TACAN Beacons.
* Supervised Production Line Assembly of electronic circuit boards, electrical wiring, and rack mounted equipment, into complete systems and subsystems.
