Job Responsibilities:
Resource Development
1. Responsible for new mining resources development i.e. Mining Lease or Prospecting lease of different minerals in different parts of India.
2. Preparation of ML/PL applications, submission and representation on behalf of the company for all legal and technical purposes.
3. Liaising with Government bodies and consultants to get lease grant and associated approvals i.e. MOEF, IBM, DGMS etc at all levels.
4. Preliminary feasibility study of upcoming mega projects i.e. Alumina Refinery & Smelter projects.
5. Production Management ¡V Controlling and coordination of site production and related activities from Head Office in order to cop-up market demand.
6. Coordination with sales, logistic department and project office for finalizing export / domestic shipments.
7. Commercial negotiation for new business acquisition i.e. Existing Mining Lease.
8. Responsible for writing all official correspondence for department related issues.

Position: Commercial Manager Cum Dep. Project Manager (CHIRIMIRI Project, Chattisgarh) reporting directly to GM Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management, Logistics/SCM/Procurement:
1. Stock control of two large warehouses in two different locations with more than 8000 different spares for different machinery.
2. Ordering & purchasing of different spares for replenishment and maintenance of stock level required for successful and economical running of the project.
3. Vendor development inside India to reduce the lead time between order & supply from outside of India.
4. Ensuring appropriate and accurate shipping and storage of all spare parts and maintenance materials, including transit / imports and exports.
5. Rate negotiation of material locally and worldwide with proper incoterms, delivery and quality.
Communication:
Interacting interdepartmentally to streamline procedures and establish work requirements.
1. Liasing with vendors, government agencies and statutory authorities.
Contracts Management:
1. Contract compliance as per existing terms and conditions.
2. Analysing contracts for effectiveness, identifying areas of weakness and implementing improvement.
