QUALIFICATIONS
I have a degree in Business Administration, which prepared me for any number of office/administration positions. While getting my degree and for the past seven years I have worked in various office positions; handling different types of customer accounts, complaints, internal invoicing/sales and customer care. I am familiar with and comfortable working with a number of different current types of computer programs including; Microsoft Office, Word, Works, Access, Excel and numerous programs designed for specific needs at different employers.
