The Main Accountabilities For This Position Were: Securing The Adoption And Implementation of BMW Quality Management And Assurance Standards in Ole Jordan "The Dealership of BMW, ROVER and MINI"

2. Site Purchasing Manager
The Main Accountabilities for this Position were: secure supplying materials, spars, and services of best prices and according to specs. according to needs through:
-Supervise and control group of employees whose job description was stated.
-Check received purchase requisitions (PRs) according to purchasing policy adopted in (APC)
-Choose suppliers for offers among reputable, best known, and experienced, from suppliers list and other channels.
-Direct offers requesting group personnel for the best practices and according to purchasing policy adopted in (APC)
-Revise the received offers accordingly
-Analyze final offers according to technical evaluation from the requester. Also through check competence, rejection, unit of price, technical specs. …etc
-Periodical revision of suppliers list
-Revise and check of awarding reports
-Revise and check purchase orders (POs)
-Follow-up warehouse reception reports; complete and discrepancy reports (DRs)
-Keep good and tight contacts with suppliers
-Continuous follow-up and organizing section works; jobs and personnel
-Issue periodical reports; weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports
-Confirm that all suppliers are being dealt with are registered at the chamber of commerce
-Key user of the computer programs related to local purchasing in (APC)

2. Inventory Monitoring Section Head
The Main Accountabilities for this Position were:
-Supervise and control of group of employees whose job description was stated.
-Manipulate and perform the necessary plans required for warehouse stock control.
-Form and update the technical description of all stock items
-Make the warehouse stock item minimum, ordering, and maximum levels for all the stock materials
-Preparing monthly purchasing plan for the warehouse stock materials.
-Updating warehouse stock records.
-Make the necessary amendment regarding description and stock levels of the warehouse stock materials.
-Coordinate with Operation and maintenance stuff regarding the availability and of the stock materials.
-Issuing of all reports related to stock materials i.e. consumption rate, fast moving items, slow moving items, dead items, compensation plans and ordered quantities.
-Issuing of regular and emergency Purchasing requisitions.
-Technical evaluation of the received offers.
-Receiving and testing the arrived materials at the warehouse.

3. Quality & Environmental Superintendent
The Main Accountabilities for this Position were: -
-Establishes systems, policies and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, environmental, reliability and safety at the whole of Arab Potash Company
-Monitors the performance of the Arab Potash Company with respect to quality and environmental related issues, and ensures the capability of all systems and achieves the desired level of quality and environmental
-Receives and solicits customer feedback of all systematic channels and takes the necessary measures
-Organizes and promotes Arab Potash Company wide quality and environmental improvement efforts
-Evaluate and develop improved techniques for control of quality and environmental, reliability and safety
-Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Arab Potash company quality system and environmental system, reporting on the performance of quality system and environmental system for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system and environmental system
-Writes, obtains approval for, implements and trains organizational personnel on the Arab Potash Company's document control system

4. Maintenance Engineer
The Main Accountabilities for this Position were:
-Develops maintenance plans for all facilities, production lines and equipments of the Arab Potash Company
-Monitors maintenance performance and takes the necessary corrective actions
-Supervises the maintenance staff, works and ensures high performance
-Directs maintenance staff to the solution of technical problems
-Sets plans for improving the performance of the facilities, production lines and equipments of the Arab Potash Company
