-Trained and mentored national geologists in computer core logging, proper core sampling techniques, target selection, geotechnical data recording, database management, computer plotting, and deposit modelling.
-Supervised a camp staff composed of 8 expatriates and 30 nationals.

-Generated projects. Supervised and coordinated activities of geological staff and contractors on concurrently run projects.
