JOB EXPERIENCE
Outlaw Automation Inc. (February 2002 to present)
Senior SCADA Systems developer and sales account manager. This position included sale, design, implementation and commissioning of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems for companies such as: Talisman, CNRL, Husky oil, Chinook drilling, and AEC. Accounts included domestic and overseas projects.

NanDall Technologies Ltd.: (June 1993 to February 2002)
Dallas McNeil founded NDT in 1983. NDT was registered in 1997 in the Province of Alberta under the Name: NANDALL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. The main activities of NDT include Sub contractor / consultant to Klay Information Management Inc, Veeteck Design and Manufacturing, Enerflex, Spartan Controls, Shell Canada, Westinghouse, Adaptive Engineering, Advanced Measurements and other clients for the propose of designing and implementing PLC and RTU Micro Processor Based Test and measurement systems used in the Mining, oil and gas, Railway, agricultural, Security, and manufacturing industries.

Notable NANDALL Projects a) APEL Canada. - Age Oven Supervisory Control System
This project included the design, implementation and commissioning of an Allan Bradley PLC based system that is used to control the movement of material through an industrial oven used for aging aluminum products. NDT managed fabrication of all cabinetry, installation of all cable, and all terminations. NDT provided all programming and program interfaces with existing oven equipment.

b) Fluor Canada Inc.- Project Information Management
NDT worked in conjunction with Klay information Management Inc for Fluor Daniel. This contract involved the management of the Information System Technology related to the Suncor Millennium project in Fort McMurray Tar Sands. NDT managed all of the information data and equipment used by Fluor to provide their Engineering and Construction services. This project entailed management of large-scale integration of 3D cad Engineering and Design, Material management and procurement, Project Management Control, and Project Process Control.
c) Spartan Controls, - Data acquisition and control
NDT had a contract for the provision of Project Management and implementation of SCADA Systems for various oil and Gas companies. These projects included design, implementation and commissioning of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems for companies such as: Ranger Oil, CNRL, Morrison Petroleum, Anderson Exploration, and AEC.
d) McNeil Cabinet Making (MCM) – XYZ Table, Stave conversion process
The projects with MCM consist of providing equipment, and integration of automation systems used for the manufacturing wood products.
Projects include:
XYZ Table: NDT has designed and constructed a Custom XYZ table that is CNC operated and is an intricate part of their production process.
Assembly Line: NDT is the process of designing and constructing an assembly line application that MCM will be using to enhance their line of OAK paneling. This process will provide the industry with 60-year-old quarter cut OAK paneling and boards that can be used as raw material for flooring, Cabinet making, etc.
Drum Sander: NDT is designing and constructing a 48" Drum Sander that is CNC controlled.
R&D government grants are providing funds for this project.
e) Pegasus Mining Co. Gold Mine Production line automation
NDT had the task of integrating a Concentrator Machine into the production line of the Montana Tunnel Gold mine. A concentrator machine is used to extract gold particles from slurry of ore that has passed through a sluice box, crushed into a fine powder, mixed with water. This slurry passes through the concentrator in a batch process where it is spun at high speeds. The gold particles are flushed from the concentrator during the batch process. In order for this process to operate, timing of the feed from the sluice box as well as from the previous process was automated. The main equipment for controlling this process was the Siemens PLC. Other aspects of the project were the design of the mechanical gate valves, electric control panels and assembly line style mechanics using actuators and linear motion devices. The main contractor for this project was Westinghouse Canada Inc.
f) Alberta Corrections Department.
NDT provided Project Management and Product integration in conjunction with ADT Canada Inc. to provide all of the Electronic Control Systems for the Calgary Remand Center. NDT managed designing, Implementing and testing all aspects of the automation processes. This was the largest project NDT has undertaken with over 22,000 I/O points and more than 100,000 Meters of interface cabling.
g) Adaptive Engineering, Coin operated phone quality control test automation
NDT provided Adaptive engineering with the PLC controls that automated the quality control testing for a NRC product of a pay telephone. This was an elaborate system of servomotors and gates used to automatically sort, count and inert coins into the test payphone under simulated conditions.

- Calgary Remand center Integrated Intercom, P.A., CCTV, and Perimeter Intrusion Detection System using microprocessor Based products. ($2000000.00)
- DUTIES: Responsible for the design and installation of over 1500 devices and over 22000 terminations for stand alone and networked systems.
