COSTAIN OIL & GAS PROCESS – (UK Based)
Position: Admin at Bombay Office for Operations in Gulf Sector.
Period: Feb 2001 to date
Major Activities:
Managing of Recruiting/Employee Database for consistency and accuracy of data. Data entry and analysis for Information. Preparing and distributing reports (daily & weekly). Conceptualizing aided systems for smooth flow of critical information between UK, UAE and Bombay office. Coordinating with UAE and site office for planning and scheduling of mobilization of 1000+ employees for Major Overhaul of ADGAS LNG Plant at UAE from Bombay. Documentation for emigration and ticketing. Monitoring flight booking status and re-confirmation. Handling routine administration of office matters like, filling system, correspondence, preparing schedules/itinerary. Preparing end of project reports. Sourcing Engineers/Supervisors, receiving CV's through email and post, sorting and filing. Scheduling interviews, preparing documents for recruitment etc. In-charge of purchase and maintenance of computers and related IT and office automation systems.

Short Assignments Under Costain:

* Worked as Secretary/Technical clerk in GASCO, Pipeline Division HQ, UAE, in May/June 2004.
Activities: As Secretary to the Maintenance Superintendent, handling day to day admin jobs like distribution of incoming mails, filing, correspondence etc. As technical clerk preparing tender documents, scope of work etc., Service work Order, Contract Request Purchase Request in Maximo, related documentation and follow up. Entering contractor's timesheet and preparing their monthly activity sheet. Preparing Pipeline division monthly report and distribution. Coordinating with supervisors to prepare monthly on call duty rooster.

* Worked as Admin Assistant on the major Overhaul of ADGAS LNG Plant train I at Das Island, UAE, April/May 2004. The 2004 Outage was a major overhaul of a base load LNG Train employing 2400 personal expending 515,000 man-hours in 38 days.
Activities: Assisting in general admin matters. Coordinating with Timekeeping, Costing and QA/QC departments and assisting in card punching, data entry, documentation etc.

* Worked for TYCO Fire and Security (Supply), UAE from April to July 2002 as Site Administrator for their Fire Alarm and Security Maintenance Project of TAKREER Refinery at Ruwais, UAE.
Activities: Interpreting, familiarizing and implementing task in adherence to contract terms and condition. Involved in interaction with different departments for maintenance of fire and security alarm system in refinery. Planning and approval of preventive maintenance with coordination of Planning Department. Allocating supervisors daily jobs and assisting in obtaining work permits and transport. Attending on call duties. Maintaining stores, correspondence, obtaining various entry passes for refinery. Organizing safety induction program for new team members. Arranging accommodation and other basic facilities for workforce. Preparing monthly report of overall activities during the period like preventive maintenance, on call duties, near-miss reports, oil tank maintenance, man-hour calculation etc. and submitting the same to Refinery Manager.

* Worked for Costain Abu Dhabi Co. WLL, April/May 1998 on the major Overhaul of ADGAS LNG Plant train I at Das Island, UAE, as a Stores Clerk.
Activities: Coordinating with materials co-coordinator, supervisors, engineers on site for information and availability of equipments and spares. Issuing of materials against requisition using SAP/R3 (materials management) module.

Period: Feb. 1996 to Nov 1999.
