1982 to 1985: Sunshine Mining Company, & Singing Creek Mines. Underground Miner/Licensed Blaster, Feather Fork Mine, La Porte, CA & Mineral Slide Mine, Magalia, CA
First introduced to explosives & blasting through these positions as underground miner. Selected from all employees at mineral Slide Mine to attend training at company's expense for California State Licensed Blaster for the mine. Performed all functions associated with mining gold in underground placer deposits, including driving tunnels into the ore body, ground support, drilling and blasting, & excavation of waste material and gold bearing ore. Recognized as an exceptionally hard worker with much ambition.
