Served as HSE director for drilling operations in Bolivia, Colombia and Peru. Responsible for HSE, fire prevention and security for 7 drilling rigs in Bolivia, 9 in Colombia and 1 in Peru. Prepared and carried out training of all personnel expatriate and local in safety orientations and contents of HSE manual, Stop for Supervisors, Defensive Driving, Welding Cutting and Brazing.
