Position: Head – Human Resources

- This corporate position reports directly to the President and CEO. Responsibilities include coordinating all Human Resources and Administration activities for 1500 employees spread in three locations at Armenia. Employees are engaged in open-pit and underground operations.

- The function includes hands on motivating employees for coordination of an expansion of the existing facilities to increase production from 50,000 to 200,000 ounces a year.

2002 - 03 Vedanta Group of Companies (Bharat Aluminum Company (Balco), India)
Position: Associate – General Manager – Human Resources

- Coordinated & compilation all Vedanta units HRMIS, HR Audit and conducting reviews at the units and recruitment of for the Vedanta Group of Companies at the corporate level.
