Kennecott- RTZ
Last major project was the startup and commissioning of the Copperton Concentrator. Copperton is a SAG mill operation with three grinding lines complete with flotation and a Moly plant. The project was brought on line ahead of schedule and under budget.

ASARCO
Hired for the Ray Concentrator Project. Acted as a liaison between the company and the contractor and suggested modifications during construction to minimize startup and commissioning problems. A SAG mill single line operation which had a very smooth startup well ahead of schedule and under budget.

BHP- Robinson Project
Hired to improve availability and efficiency of the Robinson Concentrator. This was accomplished through modifications to existing equipment and enhancement of maintenance practices. Availability was improved from 85% to 92%. A SAG mill single line operation with throughput improving from 33,000 to 37,000 TPD.

Freeport-Indonesia
Hired to improve efficiency and availability of the Upper Ore Flow system. Primary responsibilities are for training of Indonesian nationals. Specifically to identify and train replacement.

ASARCO
Hired as a Maintenance Supervisor in the Hayden Smelter. After approximately one year, I accepted the Maintenance Managers position at the Hayden Concentrator.
Responsible for all maintenance activities at the Hayden Concentrator.

Hired as Field Service Advisor. Responsible for sales of field and shop repairs to industrial equipment.

* As a planner estimator, I was responsible for scheduling and planning of periodic maintenance for heavy mining equipment in an open pit mining operation at the Jacobs Ranch Coal Mine.
