* Managing Director for Nalunaq I/S. Joint Venture between Crew and Greenlandic/Danish Government. For three years led project team responsible for the successful, fast track development of Greenlands first gold mine. Coordinated project development involving companies and resources from North America and Scandinavia.
* Setup and oversaw initial environmental monitoring program for new mining projects in Greenland. Worked closely with the Danish Environmental Agency.

Operations Manager, Cominco American (Ruby Garnet, Montana USA)
* Managed all aspects of a final construction, commissioning and operation of a new garnet operation. Plant capacity of 45.000 tonnes per year finished garnet with a 1.5 million tonne per year open cast mine.
* Reduced operating costs by 78% in 6 months. Successful market penetration for new product (950% increase in sales during my initial 10 months)
* Responsible for budgeting, operating plans, financial models, marketing studies and daily operations.
* Directed product certification process for military use (MIL specs) as well as certification for drinking water applications (NSF). New process was able to meet strict product specifications within a short period of commissioning.
Manager Engineering & Technical Services, Cominco American (Glenbrook Nickel Operation, Oregon USA)
* Managed senior level team of engineers and plant personnel as part of a team that doubled ferronickel production at the smelter from 18,000 tonnes per year to 36,000 tonnes per year. Included Environmental Permitting under Oregon and USEPA Title V requirements. Operation included modifications to ferrosilicon furnace.
* Supervised the lab which oversaw QA/QC for our product and ongoing analysis of mining/smelting operations.
* Developed resource statements for Cominco. Setup computerized mine planning system.
* Oversaw development of external nickel resources for the mine from locations in New Caledonia and Guatemala. Part of team which successfully setup a 1+ million tonne ore import project which shipped ore from New Caledonia to the smelter in Oregon. Work included design and construction of port and process facilities in New Caledonia and Oregon.

* Managed all aspects of a 2 million tonne per year operation (1.2 million tonne's ore).
* Lowered operating costs 54% from USD 5.40 per tonne to USD 2.50 per tonne.

* Project Engineer for USD 15-millon road and bridge construction project. Oversaw 12 subcontractors including QA/QC work. Responsible for testing and verification of materials, scheduling of work. Involved extensive concrete work, tight scheduling and planning.
* Estimated work for various projects including mining, construction (dams, roads, commercial) and crushing and screening operations.
* Supervised various operations, truck/shovel, drill/blast.
