I was in charge of implementing Corporate Environmental Health and Safety policies, which included managing all company general safety compliance, records and implementation. I managed and enforced Cal and Federal O.S.H.A regulations, the General Industry Safety Orders and Construction Federal Regulations. I wrote and conducted Company Safety Orientation with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) and Sexual Harassment preventative training. I also trained and conducted the Injury Illness Prevention Program, and managed the specific programs in the Corporate Safety Manual. I conducted field audits and inspections and took corrective action and follow up documentation. I conducted weekly toolbox safety meetings, managed onsite safety training documentation and compliance. Other responsibilities included managing site-specific injuries and O.S.H.A 300 Log and guidelines. I managed all aspects of Workers Compensation activities.

Specific procedures included onsite E.M.T Staff and tracking all contract safety man hours and other statistical data for OC.I.P and Perini Building Co. I conducted all onsite safety related training with strict adherence to corporate safety manual and injury illness prevention programs. Other responsibilities included orientation, drug and alcohol testing, new hire documentation, E.E.O C. and sexual harassment paperwork. I coordinated all Federal O.S.H.A and Zurich Insurance onsite visits and audits. I managed all safety related matters as the Senior Safety Manager for entire project.

I was assistant safety manager for Kiewit Pacific Companies Northwest District. I managed several projects in eight different states. One example includes: Kiewit Pacific's Company's Level 3 Fiber Optics contract. This Multi Billion Dollar fiber optic linking was nationwide for the owner of Level 3. I also gave assistance in safety supervision for the I-15 Reconstruction project. This 3 Billion-Dollar project consisted of 10,000 employees and numerous segment safety managers. I managed the company interaction and guidance between Utah D.O.T and local municipalities.

Safety Manager for the Diamond Valley Reservoir Project in Hemet California. This 300 million dollar project consisted of a 24-hour schedule with over 500 employees. I provided Safety coverage for the entire project with partner and overseeing manager Tracy Horn. This project included Drill and blasting onsite. $80,000,000 in machinery to build the earth reservoir. I scheduled and directed all safety meetings, onsite safety training, job hazard analysis, Injury's management and prevention. This project was an Owner Controlled Insurance Program.

* Knowledge of California and Federal Hazardous Waste Regulatory requirements.
* Knowledge of California and Federal OSHA rules and regulations.
* Knowledge of M.S.H.A.
