Employed as the Lead Construction Civil Engineer for the early works program on a 4.8 billion dollar green field alumina refinery and associated facilities in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. Ensured that design drawings and specifications were accurately followed, suitable materials and equipment were ordered and used so as to not have negative impact on schedule or cost. Supervised local engineers and verified quantity reporting accuracy.
