I was retrenched on the 1999-12-01 due to privatization by DRD of my work area. I joined Bosasa Operations (Pty) Ltd on the 1999-12-02 operations were sold to Equality Food Services whom retrenched me on the 2003-05-14. I joined Minroc Plats Mining till 2004/11/30 when they lost the contract to Lephaka Mining. I joined Lephaka Mining on the 01/12/2004 after being retrenched by Minroc Plats. I was employed by Lephaka Mining as a Human Resources Manager at Union Section; a Platinum Mine situated near Rustenburg / Thabazimbi till it¡¯s time of liquidation.
