As a BSA I maintained project office processes, created work breakdown structures on MS Project or PWB, provided all types of support to project managers including updating and maintaining internal project control records, communicating project information, creating and documenting status reports, analyzing financial details, working to resolve any issues and identifying critical issues such as creeping on cost or time. Listed below are some of my key accomplishments in this role:
`Proactively investigated enhancements and recommended numerous process re-engineering / streamlining opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, staff efficiency and reduce turn around time within project office and project community based on Project Control and Project Reporting systems.
`Subject matter expert for project control system and key contact for project office processes. Coordinated design, implementation and documentation of PMO Information Library.
`Initiated process improvement to increase timely accurate data capture by 100% and created documentation to support yearly Strategic Quality Planning Process and ensure key deliverables meet aggressive alignment cut-offs throughout the year.
