June 1997- January 1998:
Ore control geologist at Newmont's Post deposit - Carlin Nevada- USA. Doing daily ore control jobs and doing geological modeling on underground potential of Deep Post deposit.

1993 – June 1997:
Project Geologist.- PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Mainly as part of geology team in developing Batu Hijau project at Sumbawa - Indonesia from exploration to project development includes geology, geotechnical and water well drilling program; setting database and geology modeling; block model & reserve calculation.
Deep involved in Metallurgical mapping & developed mine design criteria during feasibility study (1995-1996). Developed ore control system during mining stage and doing Exploration of other satellite prospects within the vicinity of the Batu Hijau area.

1988 – 1992:
Exploration Geologist - PT INGOLD (an INCO subsidiary) in various regional exploration projects consisted of 2 years in East Kalimantan, 1 year at Java and 2 years at Irian Jaya – Papua Highlands. Those projects covered grass root exploration project (geochemical sampling and regional geological exploration) until drilling program. This period involved working on exploration permits with Mine department, Forestry and local governments. Starting up some new exploration projects included heavy logistical and helicopter transportation support system in the remote – high altitude (+4000 m) Irian Jaya projects.

1986 - 1987:
Assistant Professor at PAKUAN University – Bogor Indonesia on geology and geochemical exploration for Bsc degree students.
