HIGHLIGHTS
I spent the last four years as plant manager and acting Mine Manager at Falls Mountain Coal. My extensive background as a maintenance person as well as being directly responsible for operations in and out of union environments provides me with an excellent knowledge of all aspects of process plants. I was also instrumental in hiring and training of a workforce, developing policies and procedures to keep the plant running efficiently and safely. I have a successful track record of planning, organization, leadership and project completion while obtaining maximum production within budget.
