b) Incorporated ISO 14000 certification for Process Plant and worked as Internal Auditor ISO 14000 for the Mines.
c) Spearheaded and started Quality Circle and TPM at Bolani Plant. The Project undertaken – "Improvement in Existing Beneficiation System" won the Best QC presentation in SAIL, India and secured the Second position in Dhaka.
d) Designed, initiated and incorporated a detailed Management Information System for Process Plant and Mines integrating the Planning, Operations, Maintenance, Purchase, Finance and HRD functions in Oracle platform.

f) Designed and conducted Technological Audit of Beneficiation Process in Process Plant earmarking the deficits, studied the scope of requirements and implemented and monitored changes in the process particularly in Dry and Wet Screening and operation of Rake Classifiers thereby increasing screening Efficiency in Dry Screens and Reduction of Slime Losses by 8% through effective control of process parameters in Rake Classification.
g) Engaged in R&D projects and Discussions with CET and RDCIS, Ranchi in regard to amenability towards Beneficiation of Iron Ore Fines in Jigging, Hydro-cyclone, Spiral, Floatex Density Separators and other beneficiation schemes and Slime beneficiation in WHIMS, flotation and other beneficiation Schemes.
h) Engaged in Technological Assessment of Taldih and Chiria deposits and further beneficiation schemes in the existing Mines with a stress towards conservation of resources (lowering cut off value to 55%Fe), Total Beneficiation and Zero Discharge.
i) Engaged as Operating authority for different major projects being undertaken towards 100% capacity enhancement of Process Plant and Zero Discharge.
