„ Mining sector analysis and report preparation on mining sector for new entrants in mining sector involving complete sector appraisal.

„ Target search of coal properties in Indonesia for acquisition by client and target search of bauxite and iron ore leases for acquisition.

„ Commercial and financial due diligence including development of financial model (valuation) for providing assistance in acquisition of mines.

„ Development of business plans for market entry including market analysis, regulatory and policy framework appraisal, suitable business structure, pricing and profitability analysis (development of financial models for a typical size project to assess the capital requirements, operating costs and sector profitability).

„ Preparation of bids for coal mines (outside India and in bidding for Ultra Mega power Plants).
