* Coaching and mentoring of assigned teams including international and on-site managers
* Manage and develop the highest level of team members performance, based on their competences
* Creation, implementation and/or execution of local and international performance evaluations and career/training plans.

* Compensation & Benefits:
* Leads the design and development of assigned compensation programs, job analysis, structure evaluations and salary competitiveness analysis.
* Act as peer of other colleagues providing guidance on C&B matters.
* Develops compensation-related communication materials including guidelines and presentations.
* Designs and develops systems and tools needed to support/automate/enhance program processes and administration.
