Senior Process Engineer for the scoping study for a two stage copper extraction process. Stage 1 is a DMS plant followed by an Electric Arc Furnace, while stage two is a hydrometallurgical process route including leaching, solvent extraction and electrowinning.
Leading process activities for the Bankable Feasibility Study for stage 1. Stage 1 included a dense media plant followed by copper smelting. Two options for the smelting were evaluated in detail, electric arc furnaces and shaft furnaces.
Balla Balla Titanomagnetite Project AUROX Resources Limited
Senior Process Engineer for the scoping study for 6Mtpa concentrate production plant. The plant consists of a SAG milling circuit followed by two stage low intensity magnetic separation. The concentrate is thickened and pumped to the port where the filtration circuit will be located.
KMT Cobalt Refinery FIRST QUANTUM MINERALS LIMITED
Lead Process Engineer for feasibility 14,000 tpa cobalt production plant. The plant consists of a cobalt hydroxide resolution circuit followed by zinc and manganese solvent extraction, nickel and cadmium ion exchange followed by the cobalt tank house.
