* Expertise in review tender / bid documents, specification and drawings to complete bid review form.
* Implementation of the electrical/mechanical design, tender documents, bills of quantities, cost calculations, tender drawings and construction supervision.
* Enable correct net bid to be established and establish opportunities and scope to win tender bids.
* Preparation of all work estimates of the Scope of Work of a proposed tender package.
* Preparation of Cost Estimates and Techno-commercial Proposals in line with tender requirements.
* Expertise in the calculation of standard man hours for manufacturing, raw material prices, duties and review IMCOTERMS price basis for imported materials, prepare a final estimate sheet.
* During Project Award, preparation of revised estimates, based on agreed list of assumptions / qualifications and considering more refined scope of work and updated cost inputs.
* Well known of projects engineering works.
* Familiarity in Low voltage design, control design, cable tray layout, engineering calculations & PLC inputs & outputs design.
* Defining process control and developing preliminary engineering drawings such as P &Ids, PLC Control drawings.
* Preparing load schedule.
* Having good knowledge in preparing Tender file BOQ.
* Interfacing with equipment suppliers & Vendors.
* Preparing Project technical submittal & bill of materials
* Proficient in Excel and Electrical CAD.
* Well known of ADSSC, ADDC, ADWEA, DEWA & Dubai Municipality Rules.
