2006 – Present SENIOR SURVEYOR/ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT
Newmont Ghana Gold Limited - Ahafo Gold Mine
Duties: Part of an integrated team delivering and expansion of all infrastructural works in the Ahafo mines. Establishing new projects, as well as overseeing many new sites, gathering the right resources for the contract in terms of engineering and construction, monitoring program, health and safety issues and everything else involved in the successful delivery of a project.

* Manage project activities that involved the whole process from feasibility studies, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and controlling and closing.
* Reporting project status at progress meetings.
* Assisting in the in development and expansion of the existing Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF) and improving engineering facilities.
* Contributing to strategy formulation and forward planning as a member of the management team.
* Writing technical specifications and overseeing production of conceptual drawings, preliminary design criteria for project including Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure and general specification.
* Identifying service needs, solving engineering problems relating to the continuousexpansion of the (TSF) and any other infrastructural development.
* Identifying ongoing project risks and assigning and mitigating risks.
* Organise daily tasks for survey crews, planning and programming of survey activities and Preparation and assessment of survey technician.
* Check and reconcile with contractors monthly claims in the Bill of Quantities.

LYCOPODIUM (GH) PTY - Ahafo Gold Project
Duties: Currently one of the largest mining (mill) project in the Africa, when completed in 2006.
* Responsible for Project Design and Management (civil and earth works), client liaison, site surveys, agreeing deliverables and project documentation.
* Provided and analysed project information and report to senior mangers.
* Liaising between NGGL and contractors in terms of surveying and Engineering.
* Resolved conflicting relationships between design drawings and site conditions to increase reliability and quality of work.
* Establishing and traversing of control points, Concrete pre pour survey/checks.
* Calculations for set out of earth and concrete works.
* Processing of Data and Volume Computation.
* Survey and set out of infrastructure works
* Survey and preparation of As-built drawings.

SADE Burkina Faso - Collection of Sewerage in Ouagadougou Town
Duties: Responsible for all technical aspects of new contracts including initial design, planning, monitoring and controlling implementation and closing.
* Planned the right labour, plant, materials, information, quality, place, at the right time, every time.
* Survey, design and setting out of sewerage lines and pump stations.
* Supervised the construction of 35km PVC OD 160 – 500 sewerage lines and 3 Nº Pump station.

Duties: Survey & designed of 33km DI 900,600 and 500 including 7 Nº Reservoirs

SADE Ghana - Koforidua Water Supply Project.
Duties: Detail survey on Volta Lake to determine location of pumping station, survey and design of main pipeline, distribution network in villages, water treatment plant, reservoirs and pump station.

Rehabilitation of Adam Clark WTP at Weija & Distribution Improvement of Western Accra Area
Duties: Survey & setting out of pipelines, supervised the construction of 10km DI - ND 200/250 pipelines, prepared As-built drawings, assisted the Site Manager in Administrative works.

Peki Water Supply Project - Phase I
Duties: Survey and designed pipelines and reservoirs, setting out pipelines and reservoirs, supervised the Construction of a 65km pipe work and site measurement.

COLAS Ghana - Construction of 250km Trunk Roads in Ashanti Region
Duties: Initiating projects, defining project scope, preparing the project plan implementing the project, monitoring and controlling the project and closing the project.
* Survey of Road, setting out of culverts and drains site measurement, computation of measurement for valuation. Preparation of interim and final certificate for Sub-contractors.
* Maintaining roads for final taking-over, taking minutes at site meetings and general site supervision.
