Rolls-Royce Canada Case Study 2003
* Investigated the existed design of gas turbine engine exhaust system in order to propose a new design.
* Designed new equipments in order to solve the existing problems.

* Provided a mechanical and structural design and drafting services for Bombardier Global 5000 interior (Aft Lavatories, galleys, wardrobes, Credenza, etc…) using a Catia V.5 and AutoCAD.
* Managed a group of designers.
* Conducted meetings with Bombardier to propose different solutions.
Design Engineer 2002

* Provided mechanical and Structural design and drafting services.
* Performed engineering and coordination tasks for many different projects such as power station heat exchanger and silencer from the concept to the construction for a variety of clients such as Foster Wheeler, Rolls-Royce and Standard-Aero.
Process and Machinery Audits 2001
Valmet Limited (Ville St. Laurent)
* Evaluated the performance of the paper machine by conducting a condition test in order to identify the paper mill needs for new equipment and improve the productivity.
* Analyzed the measured data to determine the vibration frequency of the machine structure and rotating rolls.
* Calculated the rotational frequency at different speeds to predict and avoid the resonance frequency.
* Analyzed the structure condition of the press section of the paper machine by computing the stresses at each component using Finite Element Analysis techniques.
Design Engineer 2000
AGRA Cambrian Limited (Ontario)
* Provided mechanical design and drafting services using AutoCAD 14 and 2000 for different parts and equipment such as tanks using API 650 standards, shafts, and conveyor parts.
* Sized pipes and pipefittings using Victaulic and Grinnell standards, pumps, plate, and structural components using Russel Metals standard.
* Involved in the process of selecting and purchasing pumps, agitators, and tanks by contacting many different suppliers.
* Involved into many different projects from the concept to the construction for a variety of clients such as Agrium, Falconbridge, Tembec, and Noranda.
