- Erection and commissioning of 450tph two stage crushing plant of Limestone Aggregate.
- Tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, finalisational and award of crushing system.
- Quality Control: Controlling quality of armor rock and aggregate.
- Port Construction: Co-ordinating the Port Development for a Jetty of 325m length from the shoreline with an available draft level of 5m.
- Supply Chain: Vendor development for spares of crusher, structural steel material and quality control testing laboratories.
- Infrastructure Development:- Reverse Osmosis Plant for water, Diesel generated Power Supply.
- Export Logistics: Co-ordinating the study of export marine logistics from Musandam to Qatar, Kuwait, Baharain and UAE.
- Environmetal: Dust Extraction, Suppression and Encapsulation of Crushing System.

- Mine Planning: Overall incharge of Mine Planning and Operations of 18 million tonnes rock handling mines of rock phosphate mines. The mine was 165m deep and 6km lateral extent with steep inclined bedded deposit.
- Mine Planner: Preparation of 5 year mine plan and getting approved from Indian Bureau of Mines. Registered Qualified Person for preparation and submission of Mine Plans in the Bureau of Mines.
- Equipment Selection and Planning
- Resource Modelling: Developing the computerised orebody modelling of rock phosphate and ultimate pit development based on the qualitative and economic parameters. The packages used for such modelling and evalution- DATAMINE and NPV Scheduler.
- GeoStatistics: Geo statistically delineating the rock phosphate deposit into different grade by using kriging technique. The delineation was instrumental in developing a new product for Di ammonium Phosphate segement market.
- Grade Blending: Instrumental in devising the blending technique to produce the end product meeting the stringent quality requirement of the fertiliser industry market.
- Production scheduling on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Updation of the computerised mine model.
- Slope stability studies and geotechnical investigations carried out in association with Central Mining Research Institue for obtaining the approvals for steeper slope angles from the Director General of Mines Safety.
- Dewatering: Planning for borewell construction and rate of discharge of water required to maintain the water table below last working bench.
- Lease Area Planning: Updation of revenue plan of the area for oustee compensation.
- Mining Contract: Preparation of Mining tender for contractual mining operation.
- Evaluation and award of mining contract.
- Monitoring of Diesel Consumption pattern of heavy earth moving machineries.
