Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in the compilation, implementation, review and revision of HSE management plan as well as policies and procedures.
- Develop HSE programmes for all AMS sites.
- Provide HSE training for all supervisors.
- Co-ordinate the implementation of health, safety and environmental programs on AMS sites, i. e. First aid, emergency procedures, fire fighting, inductions and mine rescues etc.
- Ensure all AMS sites are aware of and adhere to company Procedures, Policies and all relevant legislations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE management plan by all AMS sites.
- Ensure Health/Safety and Environmental Programmes are integrated into the work systems.
- Co-ordinate and attend health, safety and environmental meetings and provide demonstrations and/or materials for relevant safety and environmental topics.
