1. Preparation of Mine plans and Project report for green field & existing opencast projects with the aid of AutoCAD and other tools. Recently Minex software is introduced in Mine Planning.
2. Blast Designing & Conducting field trials, Control blasting, vibration recording for optimization of Drilling & Blasting in opencast Mines.
3. Fragmentation study and optimization by Wip-frag software.

Ltd. Serving the industry in different capacities since, shouldering the following responsibility & Roles:-:
Manager/production in charge-(350 manpower)
* `Mine Planning-Optimal pit designing through mine plans, survey reports, and other geological information, with existing equipment capacity. Planning for deployment of HEMM.
* Production- Management of removal of overburden in all three shifts, deployment of HEMM, construction of mine benches, faces, dumpyard, haul road & safety berms.
* Garland drains, Reclamation
Mine safety Manager (900 manpower in the mine) –
Safety of men & machines deployed according to the mines Act & Rules.
* Conducting -pit safety committee meetings, Vocational training for employees, safety Audit and hazop study of the mine. Formulation of proper code of practice for men, machine & contractual works..
* Management and control of contract works deployed in the mine and formulation of guidelines for their safe workings.
Blasting & Magazine Manager-
Responsible for all drilling & blasting operations. Blast designing & control 0f vibration & other nuisance.. Deep hole blasting is done with SME & LD explosives.

* Nodal officer blasting for all opencast Mines of Sohagpur Area,S.E.C.L.

Production, Face preparation, deployment of HEMM, Drilling, Haul road, sump preparation, drain making, pumping.

General-Implementation of all Statutory requirements as per Mines Act 1952, regulations, rules, circulars & other orders made by the governing body (DGMS).
