I would like to introduce myself as a potential candidate for the above post, at present; I am working as Jr. Manager (contract cell), RMD-SAIL - a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited, Government of India.

I have completed graduate in Mining Engg.. From B.I.T. Sindri (Jharkhand), I have also got my second class mines manager certificate under coal mines Regulation 1957 and also completed post graduate diploma in marketing management & Diploma in management from IGNOU. Presently I am pursuing POST GRADUTA DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT &MBA from IGNOU.

Thus, I am sending my Resume along with this application support of my candidature. Given to chance, I am willing to take any responsibility according to my eligibility.

To co-ordinate and develop areas of production with Teamwork, thereby creating Profit centers. Achieving

QUALIFICATION:-

* Passed B.Sc. Engg. in Mining Engg. from B.I.T. Sindri, (Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribgh ) Jharkhand with 66% Marks in 2002.
* Passed MBA & POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MAKETING MANAGEMENT from IGNOU.

PRESENT STATUS:-
* Having knowledge of mine planning software MINEX.
* Having valid Second class mines manager's certificate for managing a coal mine issued by DGMS Dhanbad, Govt. of India
* Having knowledge of new coal mines opening process in India.
* Having valid Gas. Testing Certificate.
* Having valid First - aid Certificate.
* Presently working as a Jr. Manager (CONTRACT CELL), SAIL RMD, Head quarter Kolkata - a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited.
* Having Experience in large open cast mechanized coal mines as under Manager in Jindal Open cast coal mines. Dongamouha. Raigarh -A Unit of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. Raigarh from August 2004.
* Presently pursuing PGDHRM from IGNOU, NEW DELHI

EXPERINCE:-
December 2007 to till date – As Jr. Manager (contract cell) with SAIL-RMD, in RMD Head quarter Kolkata, - A unit of STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED, KOLKATA

August 2006 to Nvember 2007 – As Jr. Manager (MINING) with SAIL ISP, IN Chasnalla colliery, - A unit of STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED, DHANBAD, JHARKHAND,
RESPONSBILITIES:-
* worked as sectional in charge of Opencast mine with showel dumper combination..
* Responsible for the entire mine planning within section for production, safety, etc.
August 2004 to August 2006(24 Month) – Jindal open cast coal mines, Raigarh – A- unit Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. Raigarh.

RESPONSBILITIES:-
* worked as shift In charge and Section head of Production, Development and Mine Planning of Highly Mechanized opencast Mining Operation of capacity 6 Million Tons per Annum of coal production and 20 Million BCM of over burden.
* Responsible for manage all the activities of operation of HEMM equipments and its deployment, Production Planning and Safety of highly mechanized opencast coal mines.
* Responsible for raw material handling for the requirement of coal to coal washery which capacity is 1000 TPH which is situated at mines pithead, washery base on heavy media cyclone.
* I am participating member of in formulation of annual operating plan and operating budget forecast.
* Liase and co ordinate with the operation supervisor to make sure proper implementation of plan.

October 2002 to July 2004 (22 Month) – Chasnalla underground coal mines, Dhanbad (IISCO) –A Unit of SAIL
RESPONSBILITIES:-
* Worked as Mining Engineer (Under contractor MA BHAWANI ENTERPRISE) Section head of Production, Development of Highly Mechanized Underground Long wall mining method.
* Responsible for all the activities of underground roof support Drivage extension.
TRAINING:-
* 6 month in depillaring section of Chapapur colliery ECL, from January 1995 to July 1995.
* 9 month in Drilling & blasting of Hurladih colliery BCCL from august 1995 to may1996.
* 5 month in general underground mine working of Chapapur colliery ECL from June 96 to November 96.
* 1 month in underground vocational training of Jamadoba colliery TISCO in June 2001.
* 1 month in underground vocational training of Surda copper mines HCL in October 2000.
* 1 month in underground vocational training of Bastacola colliery BCCL in October 2001.
