Description: Presently working in HZL's Mineral Exploration Team as a Geoscientist. Development of spatial database from the exploration data collected by the exploration team and conversion of field data in GIS format and analysis, Geophysical Data processing and Interpretation. I am also responsible for Geological, Geophysical, Geochemical and GIS/Remote Sensing and Geological database management and administration using dPipe software.
Responsible for: Quality checking and supervising the digital database creation of the exploration data collected by the team from the field. Exporting the Geological, Borehole and lithological data into GIS platform and analysis of the data in GIS environment. Processing and analysis of the Geophysical data (Magnetic data, EM data), Geochemical (Soil, Stream Sampling) data collected from the field on Geosoft Platform (Oasis Montaj) and Database Administration using dPipe MS SQL Server based system. Resource Modeling and evaluation and day to day drlling monitoring using Datamine Studio3 for exploration, drilling data plotting, resource modeling and SQL Server. Description: The aim of this project is to develop a database on 1:50,000 scales based on Remote Sensing and GIS techniques. The topographic details were taken as the base data and digitized. The satellite imagery has been procured and georeferenced to SOI Sheets. The actual forest cover of the study area has been mapped using IRS LISS-III image and ground truth data. Supervised classification was performed after ground truthing to get the Land Use and Land cover of the study area with main emphasis on forest cover. Statistics generation and Integration of Spatial database were done for forest management / work plan preparation.
