1. Reduce Circulation Air Fan Motor Failure from 11 to 6 failures in 2006- 2007 by finding Root Cause of motor failure.
2. Increase Reliability of Hydraulic Debarking Drum so that it can reduce downtime by install additional nitrogen bottle, solenoid valve, pressure switch and develop new DCS configuration.
3. Increase Performance of Refurbishment Process for repairable equipment by using SAP by design flow process and create SOP then trial error and socialization to related person (Maintenance area & Workshop)
4. Develop Root Cause Analysis Report (RCA) by using SAP System and Its Socialization.

1. Strong Analysis for equipment failure (Motor, Gearbox, Pump, Bearing, Mechanical seal, Instrument Device, Hydraulic equipment) by using FMEA, 7 tools, PICA etc
2. Having knowledge about SAP System for PM & MM Module: Maint. Order (MO05 & MO06), Notification (N1& N2), Refurbishment (MIGO, SR, PR etc.).
3. Having knowledge a lot of and applying about ISO/ TS 16949: 2002 such like FMEA, SPC (Chart Diagram, Bar Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Fish Bone Diagram, and Scatter Diagram), Control Plan, MSA, PDCA, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), MTTR and RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis).
