Achievements: * Manager of drilling team (consists of 6 rigs, some pneumatic hand drills, foremen, drilling operators, and semi-skilled labors) and coordinator of blasting works with blasting sub-contractor.
* The head of stabilization crew that carries out a variety of stabilization operation, like shotcreting, rock bolt and rock dowel installation, soil nailing.
* For the first time in GMC (UAE Branch), drilling operators, shotcrete nozzlemen, grout pump operators, rock installation foremen and etc. were trained to structure the Drilling, Blasting and Slope Stabilization Department by the applicant.
* Various activities such as drilling, blasting, rock dowel installation, shotcrete application, rock bolt installation, soil nailing, etc. have been cost analyzed. Moreover, comprehensive method statements were provided for above-mentioned operations which were approved by the Consultant (Halcrow International Partnership).
