The EOEG plant is fully on gas-liquid based system & Petrochemical plant having the
Capacity of 1,50,000 MTPA of MEG and 1,00,000 TPA of EO, Licensed under SCINTIFIC
DESIGN (USA) and undergone commissioned by BELLS CONTROL LTD.

HDPE is a polymer process plant having the capacity of 1,60,000TPA, licensed
Under BASELL POLYOLEFINES (FORMERLY HOCHEST) (GERMANY) and undergone commissioned by UDHE Ltd.

Commissioning Experience:

Accomplished the following important activities during plant commissioning:

* Worked as a part of the commissioning team of IPCL with Bells control Ltd. At the time of commissioning of EO-EG plant.
* Involved in commissioning of CENTUM-CS DCS SYSTEM make YOKOGAWA BLUE STAR, worked during startup & successful running of the system having 3 FCS. Includes loop checking from field to control room, configuration of barriers and trip amplifier.
* Involved in installation, commissioning, startup successful running of
HIMA PLC system, loop checking and logic checking by simulation.
* Loop checking of all field instruments with control room.
* Checking of field instruments installation, cabling, tubing, Junction Box wiring
* Supervising the calibration of flow, pressure, level and temperature instruments and control valves.
* Involved as a lead technician in Analyzer shelter for commissioning, checking, calibration and configuration Al-alkyl analyzer, LEL Detection system,Oxygen,Ethylene,Hydrogen, CO-CO2,Hexane analyzer.
* Commissioning of Sample Handling System.
* Interlock checking related to Analyzer shelter for safety purpose.
