Rampura Agucha Mines, a big & well mechanized open cast Pb-Zn mine, a unit of M/s. Hindustan Zinc Limited part of Vedanta Resources Plc. Mine is presently producing about 5.0 m MT of ore with 52 m MT of total excavation.

Present Job Role: -
„« Mine production and Planning in terms of successful delivery of appropriate, accurate and timely operating production plans, designs, schedules as desired by management.
„« Responsibility for operating, planning, designing, coordination, and implementing site mining engineering projects, Safety aspects of mine as per Du pont standard / norms, ensuring the quality of safe working practices, achieving goals under tight time constraints.
„« Effective leadership and communication skills to liaise closely with Technical Services personnel to review mine designs, and with Project Team personnel to review mine planning / expansion projects.
„« Safe & efficient operations / coordination of open cast mine to meet productivity, utilization of natural resources for enhancing the life of mines as per mining legislations & safety practices in mines.
„« Provide project management and Engineering support to the management for operation of major mining projects related to operational issues.
