4 Handling PM Module and refurbishment process in SAP/R3

1 Control Tool and dies design by using Auto Cad
2 Control Dies Purchases and Stock
3 Control Dies repair in machining process
4 Improvement for Dies design as per bolt and nut design as per ISO/TS 16949: 2002 recommended

1. Reduce electrical Motor Failure from 11 to 6 failures in 2006- 2007 by finding Root Cause of motor failure.
2. Increase Reliability of Hydraulic Debarking Drum so that it can reduce downtime by install additional nitrogen bottle, solenoid valve, pressure switch and develop new DCS configuration.
3. Increase Performance of Refurbishment Process for repairable equipment by using SAP by design flow process and create SOP then trial error and socialization to related person (Maintenance area & Workshop)
4. Develop Root Cause Analysis Report (RCA) by using SAP System and Its Socialization.
5. Develop Suggestion System to select grease type as per bearing SKF recommend and measure of grease quantity to prevent motor failure due to greasing.
6. Develop Suggestion System to Centralize Control of Tools Through Reliability Section for Optimize the Tool Ordering and Control
