* Coordinated diverse state-of-the-art environmental, geotechnical, civil, process, pipeline, federal and state roadways, railroad, infrastructure and facilities engineering fully integrated w/ operating mine and third party facilities. Directed Project Controls, budget and schedule to meet Plant operational requirements.
* Directed EPCM team of 125+ engineers and professional staff managing 35+ major contracts, to ~$50M, supporting Project construction.
