06/07/07 to 15/10/07 Manager(Projects) water treatment and effluents treatment with RO for recycling of waste water with M/s Doshion Limited at Ahmedabad.
20/10/06 onwards working as Specialist (Zinc extraction) with M/s Alloy Trading LLC, Tehran at clients¡¦ site in Dandi, Iran, for recovery improvement, cost reduction and capacity utilization improvement. Contract over on 22nd February 2007.
3/4/06 to 27/09/06 Process consultant with M/s Hydromet India Limited, Kancheepuram for improvement of copper leaching and electro winning efficiencies on contract basis. Achieved 96% copper recovery at full capacity utilization, improved solvent extraction operation and reduced the solvent consumption from 17.5 litre/Mt copper to less than 1.3 litre/Mt copper and improved current efficiency from less than 60% to over 90%. Developed process scheme to recover byproduct cobalt as cobalt sulphate.

- Increased production by about 20%.
