In 1990 I was transferred to Ramagudem Open Cast Project II ( In-Pit Crusher – Conveyor- Spreader Technology) as Under manager

1990 to 1993
As shift Under Manager In- charge of all operations in open cast mines (Dumper- shovel Technology) including dump managements, maintaining the required fleet of dumper and shovels by interacting and follow up with shift / Base workshop Engineers( E&M). including preparation of Box Cut as the Mine was in development stage.
1994 to 1999
Worked as Sr.Under Manager In Charge of Blasting ( production and special blasting techniques like pre splitting, buffer hole blasting etc) for maintaining the required blasted material for getting the rated output of coal and Overburden within the economical limits. Here the most critical activities was blasting within the limited space as the Mine was in development stage with four crusher and 6 Nos of 10 Cum O&K shovels and equal number of drills. A major achievement was preparation crusher pockets by pre splitting the pocket area. Blasting very near to crushers by using pre splitting and buffer hole blasting along with shock tubes.

1999 to 2000
Worked as Sr. Under Manager in charge of shifts and Ventilation in Underground Mines ( GDK 8A Inc.)

2001 to 2003
Worked as Training manager / Training Officer in HRD department at Bellampalli

2003 to 2004
Worked as Dy. Superintendent Engineer in Centenary Open Cast Project Managuru and I was Incharge of Haul road design, preparation and maintenances. Incharge for pumping and Mine water drainage system.

From 2004
Working as Dy. Superintendent Engineer (Mining) in Department of Project Planning at Corporate level and looking after Open Cast Mine design and planning.

I) Open cast operation:

1) Open cast Project at Mine development stage including design of Box-cut or Initial Mine cut, haul roads, ramps, drainage system and other Mine infrastructures

a) Planning mid-term and long-term plans for large Opencast Projects in Auto Cad 2006 and Autodesk land development desk top 2005, b) Conceptual reports and technical analysis of Geological reports.
