PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
* Sr. Reliability Engineer (November 1, 2008 – Now):
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Study: Lead RCM study for Suban. Register equipment of Suban process. Map Suban equipment into object tag type in DNV Orbit software. Perform Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA) against COPI Risk Matrices for all equipments to determine risk profile. Determine task to mitigate risk.
- Key Performance Indicator: Determine KPI for COPI maintenance metrics utilizing SAP B/W, e.g.: CM:PM ratio, Work order backlog, PPM Compliance, MTBF.
- Valve Repair and Maintenance LTSA: Develop blanket contract for valve repair and maintenance contract for all COPI assets, onshore and offshore. AFE preparation to BP Migas. Coordinate with procurement to plan Bid process.

* Maintenance Planning Coordinator (May 11, 2006 – October 31, 2008):
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Study: Involve in RCM study for Singapore Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF), Western Hub, and Hiu Kerisi.
- Risk Matrices: Establish COPI Risk Acceptance Criteria document which consist of risk matrices for Safety, Environment, Capital Asset, and Business Impact aspects.
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Setup COPI Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) program. Lead in developing maintenance strategy and task package. Involve in identifying the labor capacity, frequency, and load leveling to carry out the task package. Provide assistance to prepare data mapping and formatted maintenance plan as per SAP template.
- Warehouse Preservation Program: Develop COPI warehouse preservation methodology resulting in spare parts handling and storage method improvement. Train warehouse personnel in preservation concept, methodology, maintenance schedule, and SAP

* Gas Operation Electric and Instrument Supervisor (April 13, 2005 – May 10, 2006):
- Supervision: Develop maintenance organization for new gas operation. Staff recruitment, i.e.: job description, competency requirement, and candidate interview. Supervise 20 electric and instrument technicians for day to day activities. Overseeing various HR functions, such as: develop training program for staff, annual performance appraisal, and staff coaching and mentoring.
- Project Commissioning: Provide technical expertise during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of ZEF Distributed Control System (DCS), Dew Point Control System (DPCS), and ORF metering system.
- Pre-Production Operation: Work closely with project engineers, consultants, procurements, suppliers, and contractors to track job progress of ZEF production platform and ORF (metering plant). Liaise with contractor, project engineer, and BP Migas to close out outstanding jobs during project hand over. Work closely with project engineer and contractor to develop startup procedure for ZEF production platform, DPCS system, and ORF.
- Gas Facility Start up: Start up ZEF and ORF to deliver 100 MMSCFD of natural gas to PLN Power Generation Plant in Cilegon, on schedule.

* Power System Engineering (June 4, 2003 – April 12, 2005):
- Load Flow Modeling & Analysis: Modeling CNOOC Power Configuration using Easy Power Software. Analyze load flow configuration, short circuit study, protection, stability, and motor starting
- High Voltage Maintenance: Install, service, and test High Voltage Equipments such as: 52 breaker, Transformer, AVR, LBS SF 6,
- Subsea Cable Maintenance: Coordinate all sections, such as: diving, production, power generation group to relocate and reconnect broken-off subsea cable (splicing). Prepare SOP/JSA/RA for the jobs. Familiar with testing tools such as: Teleflex, Megger Test, Very Low Frequency (VLF), HiPot.
- Protection System: Install & calibrate relay for power protection system, i.e.: 50/51, 87, L-90, SR-745, F-35.
- Power Monitoring: Design, install, and administer SCADA for Power Monitoring using PEGASYS software.

* Oil Operation Instrument Supervisor (March 22, 1999 – June 3, 2003):
- Supervision: Supervise 26 instrument technicians for day to day activities. Overseeing various HR functions, such as: develop training program for staff, annual performance appraisal, and staff coaching and mentoring.
- Integrated Preventive Maintenance: Implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) for instrument and control devices in South Business Unit. Allocate manpower, spare parts, budget, and tool to achieve zero platform breakdowns due to equipment failure. Generate, confirm, and TECO PMO from SAP, including spare part reservation.
- Control System Design: Design and install pneumatic control system at 19 productions and 5 process platforms
- Hazardous Operation Study: HAZOP and risk assessment study for RAM-F extension facility and Retno WHP platform. Install fire, gas, and smoke detector using General Monitor 480 & PANALARM
- Well Monitoring: Administer Wonderware Intouch ver.7 for well monitoring & ESP motor controller.
- Meter Proving: Operate, maintain, and trouble shoot Biprover 'Daniel' and microprover 'Waugh' for turbine meter & Positive Displacement (PD) meter calibration. Install and maintain ultrasonic Flowmeter model 7168 for Gas Flaring system.
