rotating equipment: slurry, froth, hydrocarbons and water API and non-API pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors, screw compressors, etc.; static equipment: pressure vessels and columns (ASME); heat exchangers (shell and tube, plate and frame); settlers; filters; mixers, etc.

Project Engineer: Tailings System Transfer (Syncrude).
Package Engineer: Metering pumps (Shell), tailings transfer centrifugal pumps (Syncrude), fire protection systems (Shell, Imperial Oil), heat exchangers (Shell), pressure vessels, field and shop erected tanks, material bulk handling systems etc.

1) SASOL/MegChem - Secunda, South Africa Jan 2003– Jun 2004
Principal/Senior Engineer - supervision/leadership of 5 young engineers. Main duty:
* Consulting services for Sasol and around South Africa.
* Pursuance/implementation of new projects for petrochemical industry containing:
- high pressure vessels (ASME Div. 1, 2 and 3), heaters and heat exchangers (TEMA) mechanical design and analysis incl. welding procedure (for Sasol, IST Nuclear Testing Facilities – Power Plants, etc.),
- pipelines, incl. support, i.e. Natural Gas Cleaning System (Sasol, Mozambique Pipeline – ASME B31.3),
- valves, gauges, etc., i.e. Sasol valves system evaluation.
