PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Exploration Geologist with 18 years experience and strong discovery focus. Lead Geoscientist for Lundin's two largest development investments at Ozernoe, Eastern Siberia and Tenke Fungurume, Democratic Republic of Congo. Actively explored with small teams in more than 14 countries making discoveries of Epithermal Au, Porphyry Cu-Au, Porphyry Au, VMS Zn-Cu, Sediment Hosted Au, MVT Zn, Irish style Zn and Shale Hosted Zn.
Pivotal role in Lundin's $1 B development project at the giant Ozernoe Zn-Pb deposit; heading up geoscience within the JV steering committee. Direct management and work alongside a multidisciplinary, multinational team of consultants and contractors. Geosciences representative for Lundin's "Tenke Fungurume Ownership Team" working together with the project managers, Freeport McMoran Copper to quadruple exploration activities of this world-class deposit. Project review of Fortress Minerals' Svetloe gold deposit, Russian Far East.
Expert in project appraisal / evaluation and project generation for both Anglo American and the Lundin stable of juniors. Core exploration skills developed in gold – base metals exploration within volcanic arcs and Zn – Pb in Carbonate and Sedex terrains.
Underground mine experience at Anglo's Lisheen Mine in Ireland, making a new discovery of an economic Zn-Pb orebody (currently being mined). "Best Zn discovery in 20 years from the Batten Region", Queensland, Australia (currently PFS stage). Resource Update and feasibility study development for the giant Ozernoe Zn – Pb VMS deposit situated in remote Siberia (currently for sale by partners).
Set-up exploration offices and built teams across diverse geographical and cultural environments from Australia to Yemen. Generated, negotiated, designed, instigated, budgeted and succeeded in multiple styles of exploration plays. Exceptionally well trained geologist who has had the benefit of working closely with many leading experts in exploration and project development, e.g. R Sillitoe, M Hitzman, G Teale & T Lee.

- Completed 157Mt Resource with AMC Consultants (Perth) of the "lost" Ozernoe Zn – Pb deposit on-time, despite Russian filibuster and tough work environment.
- Designed & budgeted USD 4.6M geosciences support programme for the Ozernoe feasibility study.
- Principal in M&A appraisal for copper in Peru, zinc - lead in Canada and copper – zinc – gold in Albania.
- Transitioned with Lundin from a Swedish junior to a Canadian mid-cap mentality, rolling out systems based processes from the operation's head office in Haywards Heath, UK.
- Exploration management of Lundin's first "new country" play in the Democratic Republic of Congo; albeit very briefly.
- Geological representative for Lundin's Tenke Fungurume Ownership Team: remit to monitor and advance Freeport McMoran Copper's accelerated exploration programme within the Tenke contract areas.
- Crisis review of High Sulphidation Epithermal gold project, Russian Far East.
