Gun to seal plastic liner to seal out gas and water from tunnel, lay rail, run diesel motor running supplies to work area, roof bolting in areas where needed, cut cross-cut passes for electric station, set forms (both top and bottom of invert), changed out California rail at station and re-installed on other side. (Two tunnels running side-by-side). Remove and install concrete segments in bottom of invert, tied rebar.
